The writing, book excerpts, photographs, book jackets, artwork, videos and design on the site belong to Charles Martin, his publishers or the people who made them, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You are welcome to read, enjoy and share links to anything here. You may quote short passages with credit to Charles Martin and a link back, for a review, a book club or a sermon. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt larger portions, or use the material for commercial purposes, without written permission. The free downloads, such as excerpts and study guides, are for personal and group study.

Buying books

The site does not sell books itself. Buy buttons link to independent booksellers, and signed copies are sold by the bookstore named on the Signed Books page. Prices, shipping, returns and customer service are handled by those sellers under their own terms.

The site is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate program that lets sites earn fees by linking to Amazon.com. Purchases through Amazon links may earn a small commission, at no cost to you.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to parts that aren’t public, collect information from it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site links to stores, video hosts, social media and other websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
